This website
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser details) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
When you buy
We don't sell on this website. Our products are sold on sheets.phkmedia.co.uk (checkout by Payhip), on Payhip and on Etsy. The shop you buy from collects your name, email, payment and billing details to take payment and deliver your download, and its own privacy policy applies to that data. The shop shares with us the order details we need to support you, such as your name, email and what you bought. See also the PHKSheets privacy notice.
When you email us
If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply and help you, and keep it as long as needed for that and for our business records. Our email is hosted by Namecheap (Private Email).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@phkmedia.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
